CENA's donation to create a memorial for Martha Nicoloff is in place. Martha was the original Berkeley citizen to promote and get implemented the neighborhood ordinance in the 1970's. We all thank her for her dedicated service as a citizen of Berkeley to help preserve our neighborhoods.
